What Travelers Say
"This is a must do. Luigi is so entertaining and is an energetic teacher. He made the whole experience amazing. But don’t discount the rest of the staff and chefs. I was paired with Luigi. The whole team made this an amazing adventure for us , on our stay in Sorrento. This was 5+ star place to go."

"The driver was punctual and got us to the place where the activity took place. We started off by learning how mozzarella is made, and got a taste of it and the many types of olive oil made there. We progressed to making pizza, each of us getting our own ingredients, and learning about the art of it from Luigi, who is hilarious, but full of important tips to making it. We each were able to put on our favorite toppings and it was baked in a special oven. Delicious! We were served wine with our meal and even had dessert. Fabulous way to spend a rainy cold evening!"
"Luigi was an incredible, highly knowledgeable and upbeat instructor on Neapolitan pizza. The entire team was excellent, teaching us novices how to make an excellent pizza!"

"Excellent way to spend an afternoon in Sorrento. It actually felt very cultural and we learned alot about Italian food and culture and Luigi and the whole team were fabulous hosts"
