"Our host did a wonderful job explaining everything and was especially good at assisting one of our party who was blind. He took the time to demonstrate every step of the process with her and gave her the opportunity to do everything that everyone else got to do. (We have had bad experiences with this with other hosts.) The food was great and the pace of the class was perfect until the end when we felt a bit rushed to leave. All in all we would highly recommend this activity ."
