The chef taught us all the right techniques for makibg the perfect pizza, from kneading the dough to baking it just right. It was a fun, hands-on experience and definitely one of the best activities to do in Milan. Highly recommended!"

It’s exactly what you hope to eat when you come to Italy, taught by a true Italian chef. Denisse is so knowledgeable, she teaches you exactly what to look for in the ingredients and why, so you know how to get the most authentic taste and texture. You also will make a delicious tiramisu. And they supply the wine and prosecco. It’s a blast, plus you won’t leave hungry. The pizza was surprisingly very filling. If you get a chance also take her gnocchi class, that was also fun, easy to learn, and delicious. I’ll probably retake this class everytime I visit, simply to perfect my skills and because it was a really fun social event!!"
