"We travel a lot and usually are not ones to opt for organized activities, but I’ll have to say this one was really fun as well as informative. The ride up is scenic, but then you walk down a path that opens up to fields of olive trees and gardens, which in itself is purely magical. In addition the facilities are very welcoming with a well designed country kitchen feel. Everything was immaculately cared for and very clean and tidy. Our 3 chefs, Cris, Tiziano and Lodovik were amazing! Super engaging as they guided the group with their precision skills and even some comedic relief. All the ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. My mouth is still watering! If you’re on the fence, just do it, I guarantee you will have a memorable time, while also gaining a lot of useful knowledge…Buon appetito!"

From the pickup point with the hilarious chef Luca, the comfortable clean transportation, the gorgeous estate with breathtaking Tuscany views, to the organic ingredients, passionate chefs and the hands on cooking lessons. The chefs were all talented and very entertaining. I appreciated the “math” behind the gelato that Cristiano presented, it was detailed and easy to remember. Erika was cheerleading everybody and did an incredible job with the sauces. I will keep dreaming of the view. Thank you chefs!"
