Then we got to eat it in her beautiful dining room overlooking some ancient Greek ruins. Could not be better. Please do not miss this as an option. It was brilliant."

"Maria Rita was the real deal… a lifelong Siciliana, she was not only very excited to introduce us to her local cuisine but had so much knowledge of the history of the foods she taught us to cook and shared anecdotes and stories. Maria was fun, friendly and animated and made the cooking lesson and activity interesting and lively. She taught and we learned with hands-on activities. I recommend her cooking class to everyone that enjoys trying new things or just for a chance to immerse yourself in local culture. The view out her dining room window is spectacular too. We return home with fond memories of a very fun evening! Grazie Maria!!!"
