Cooking Class · Montepulciano
A cooking class in Montepulciano is a hands-on session with a local cook: you prepare a multi-course Italian meal from scratch — usually fresh pasta plus a main and dessert — then sit down to eat what you made, often with wine.
Montepulciano sits in Tuscany — expect hand-rolled pici or pappardelle, ribollita, and Chianti-country flavors.

"This has been a highlight for us! Fantastic experience - we made lasagne, spaghetti and ravioli with a summer tiramisu accompanied with red wine from the farm and some limoncello. It was amazing! We also got to meet the dogs and the ducks and enjoy the beautiful flowers growing all around. We loved it."

"This was an absolutely wonderful class! Alina runs such a beautiful farm and home and it was so special to be able to experience a cooking class that felt like you were cooking with family and friends. You must do this if you are looking for a great experience in Tuscany! It has definitely been a highlight of our trip."

"We loved cooking different things with other guests and then sitting down to eat what we had prepared with Alina. We enjoyed making the pasta but as we made 3 different pasta dishes perhaps you could substitute one pasta dish for something else. Alina was an excellent host and very hospitable and knowledgeable along with Chiara and Lucia. A lovely family!"
"This cooking class was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. The setting on the organic farm was stunning, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. We loved getting hands-on with fresh, local ingredients and learning traditional Italian recipes. The meal we prepared together was delicious, and the wine flowed generously. We even got to take some of the food home with us and purchased their excellent local olive oil. A fun, relaxed, and memorable experience — a real highlight of our trip!"
