The course was beginner friendly, but also for advanced pasta lovers. Our instructor Ovan is really passionate about his work and gave us also many tips on how to make gluten free pasta. It was a lovely experience and I recommend it to every pasta lover."

"This was our first time making pasta and we had a magnificent experience! Ovan welcomed us into his home and passed on some of his traditional Sardinian pasta making knowledge. He was cheerful, kind, and patient. All the ingredients are vegan and the end results were delicious! Most people in our group were meat eaters and they also LOVED the food.
