"This was such a great experience. My husband and I learned so much and really enjoyed the truffle hunt and tour of the factory. Then we had the truffle lunch, and wow, we were blown away with all the food prepared. We came home with some of the truffles we found and made two dinners with them that were so exciting and tasty. I would recommend to anyone who likes truffles! The other food products were also delicious."

"This was an awesome experience - we felt so welcomed and learnt a lot about truffles and the history and running of this family business. Great variety of activities spending time outdoors watching pup and trainer search for truffles, touring the production areas of the factory and sitting down to an incredible lunch cooked by Silvia.... such an abundant demonstration of Italian hospitality and the opportunity to try so many truffle inspired dishes and family recipes. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a very genuine experience."
"This experience was amazing. Sylvia was amazing. Truffle hunting, factory tour, cooking, eating. We could not have asked for more. We learned about the entire process from how they train the dogs, to how the dogs and truffle hunters collect the truffles, the different types and timings of the various types, to how clean and process the truffles into the many many products. We also had the added bonus of learning all about wild boars. Sylvia was so warm and knowledgeable from the first what’s app, and throughout the whole experience. After learning about how it all works we started the cooking and eating portion which exceeded all expectations. We made multiple dishes, tried and enjoyed multiple experimental dishes , had had some traditional Tuscany dishes and also enjoyed drinks (local beer, could have had wine ( but we don’t drink wine) , espresso and water. Truffles were incorporated into almost everything! If you are interested in truffles- this is perfect for you!!"
