"Lucrezia was an amazing host! We enjoyed a fun class making two types of pasta and tiramisu. We were greeted with lots of snacks, bread, cheese, meat and wine. We had fun with the other participants (also from Australia!). It was a great 3.5 hours - lovely dinner and conversation. Highly recommend if you have a car - short drive from Alberobello, Martina France, Cisterino, etc"

About Alberobello Cooking Classes
A cooking class in Alberobello is a hands-on session with a local cook: you prepare a multi-course Italian meal from scratch — usually fresh pasta plus a main and dessert — then sit down to eat what you made, often with wine.
Alberobello is in Puglia — orecchiette by hand, superb olive oil, and sun-drenched vegetables.

What Travelers Say
"Such a wonderfull experience! Host and her daughter was so nice and the food ws amazing! The house and the setting is also perfect"
"Such a lovely experience! Everyone in our group had a great time - we laughed a lot, learned traditional recipes, and left with full stomachs! Juanita is an incredible host: funny, friendly, a little sassy (in the best way), and she made the whole class such an amazing experience. The food was absolutely chef kissed, 10/10. Her guidance was super clear and easy to follow, even for beginners. And the best part was we got to take the printed recipes home with us to recreate everything later. Highly recommend this class if you're ever in Bari!"
"Domenica and Stefano welcomed us like family and we loved learning the way to make the dishes. Would recommend this experience highly"
"It was an incredible and interesting morning / early afternoon. Rosanna and Laura warmly welcomed us in their home, showed us the secrets of pasta and tiramisu making and answered all our questions. The food we created was absolutely delicious. Grazie mille!!"
